My friend came back twice yesterday, the first time to hang out and look around, the second time at dusk to enjoy a delicious sparrow(?) up a spruce tree.
@That_One_Guy WOW, I've never seen that, do you walk with a limp? From that horseshoe up your ass LOL , I have seen one owl sitting on the ground in more than a half century. That's rare for me, and I see odd things quickly. I'd be there all day with a camera capturing that, you probably just casually took it on your phone. Amazing luck. Great capture.

Sitting in the snackbar - This beautiful Sparrowhawk was sitting in our garden at about 50cm (20 inch) from the bird feeding station as if he was in a snackbar. The feeding tray was of course totally abandoned by all the little birds
What do you prefer?
I painted my portrait of a bald eagle in vertical format, but cropped it to a contemporary square format, so you can decide which format best fits your space.
