Hello. My name is Katherine "Gwen" Morningstar. Since July of 2023, I have been fighting a new condition that arose after I got COVID. My symptoms of fainting, vertigo, loss of balance, brain fog, dizziness, confusion, and heart palpations have only gotten progressively worse since then. I can't sit upright longer than an hour, I can't bathe myself anymore, I can't even stand long enough to make my own meals. I'm currently trying to get treatment but my doctors are unsure about why this is happening to me, even months into treatment. I've had a lot of hurdles to jump through with SSA that has been impossible given my new physical limitations. Simply put, I am unable to work, and my partner's work as a Uber eats driver can't cover both of us. That's why I need your help.
