What's the proper form of citation or reference for a now-trans artist's dead name work? Their previous name was the author, but the trans person is still alive and performing, but perhaps not that work any more. Which name would you cite?
Obviously, if one can ask the artist, go with their preference, but is there a standard practice?
Question: If someone is Nonbinary, does that mean that calling them Cis is incorrect?
Can a person be Cis and Nonbinary?
Does the LQueerness/ LGBTQIA+ of the person affect their Cis status ?

#Russia has reduced gasoline exports to non-#CIS countries to compensate for unplanned repairs at refineries, the Ministry of Energy said on Wednesday, as the country grappled with the impact of fires and drone attacks on its energy infrastructure.
