Am I the only one annoyed that some nutritional labels show “salt” and others show “sodium”? I’m a chemist so I’m fine, but surely this is confusing to normal people, right?
If you saw one package with “sodium 2000 mg” and another with “salt 2000 mg” what would you think?

Listening to another podcast on nutrition for runners, and they once again bring up a problem I've never had: not feeling hungry enough to eat enough food to balance everything out. From a getting enough nutrition perspective having no sense of long term sateity works to my advantage I guess, not that my running performance reflects that in any way :) #running#fitness#nutrition.
