"Joker: Folie à Deux," Todd Phillips' sequel to his 2019 movie will not be out until October this year, but GQ says you can watch a better version today. "The People's Joker" is a crowdsourced DIY project from director-cowriter-star Vera Drew about her experiences as a trans woman in comedy, and it was released last week. When I was a kid, I could never really get into the X-Men movies (despite liking if being overwhelmed by the comics) much as compared to Batman or Spider-Man or even Superman movies and quickly after the reboot in the 10s I lost interest once again after the first couple.
