I’m a 50+ white male.

How many old white guys out there would be willing join a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to oppose old white guys in positions of power? How many people would be willing to provide financial support for the same?

Nothing like this currently exists in the U.S. and I think it could be a damn effective form of protest. Personally, I’m sick and tired of seeing old fucking white guys in power everywhere I turn. Am I an aberration?

Oh, and despite thinking of myself as a bit of wordsmith, I’m admittedly terrible at acronym generation. What’s a good name for an organization pursuing said mission?

Whatever you don't like about the Biden record, you should understand that when it comes to the rights of workers, and regaining some actual competition in markets, this administration has been mostly awesome -- leagues ahead than Clinton and Obama, and in a different (way, way, way better) universe than Republicans since, well, TR.

What's the worst thing that your boss has ever done? Mines would probably be the time I worked for a law firm and the owner wanted us to clear out the upstairs of a dusty ass building that he owned to look scrounge for office supplies (literally not in my job description at all) and as we're clearing things out he tells us that they're going to come back and clean up the asbestos in a few days.

@BlackAzizAnansi First job I had as a lawyer, my boss, in addition to daily horrible actions, embezzled over $900K from a disabled client and invested it in a get rich quick scheme that everyone told him was a fraud. He ended up being disbarred and imprisoned.

What is happening in Congress, the media, etc by conflating anti-Zionism with antisemitism is a clear attempt by the right to deflect their own actual antisemitism problem by changing the definition of antisemitism to allow them to cast the left as the actual antisemites.

The fact that they are conflating Israel with Judaism is widely recognized as historically one of the basic antisemitic tropes. So they are actually claiming to attack antisemitism by engaging in antisemitism.

Israel is a state, not a religion. Criticizing Israel is not antisemitic. This is a ginned up moral panic unlike any I've ever seen. And it is not surprising that it comes at a time when as much as 70% of Americans in total are critical of the actions of Israel.

The question is will those 70% continue to stand up and voice their criticism or will they shrink (like the useless dumpster fire Democrats in Congress) for fear of being labeled antisemitic?

I've never seen such a disconnect between the elite and the rank and file in this country. We live in totally different world. Who will stand up?

I saw a post on a forum for the band Yes on another platform where members were complaining that a particular album wasn't really a Yes album because there weren't enough Yes members on it. My brothers and sisters in Christ, Yes had approximately 523 different members over the years, do you really want to make this argument?

RE: campus protests

The only violence being perpetrated in these protests is by cops and military personnel.

The only threat to the safety of students, Jewish and otherwise, is by administrators and their henchmen in blue and green.

Protesting the ongoing genocide being perpetrated by Israel on Palestinians is not antisemitic.

Many of those protesting and being arrested are Jews.

And most of this is being supported and carried out by Democratic officials, including being fully supported by the Zionist in Chief Joe Biden.

The Democrats keep trying to scare us about the threat to democracy represented by a second Trump administration, while the first Biden administration tramples basic individual rights.

We are tired of it. We will not support you. You are digging your own graves and for what? A genocidal cult?

Some are saying it’s a distraction to appease #voters while Biden continues to provide arms and cover. Some, that the intention is to actually benefit the #zionists by providing a place to evacuate #palestinians. Some go so far as to claim it’s intended as the terminus of the #Israeli #RiverToTheSea dream.

My take? These theories fail to understand the #evil genius leaders in the U.S. are capable.
