I just noticed this review that someone left for our tea shop.

They came in on literally our busiest weekend of the year, in the middle of a major downtown Everett street fair (Sorticulture), when my wife was 9 months pregnant, and interpreted our need to be somewhat efficient to get through a solid stream of customers as "annoyance" and "attitude."

I can hardly believe this is real, but my brother and his wife's house had a major fire today. It looks like it will be a total loss. Thankfully they are both uninjured, and all their pets are OK as well.

#Layoffs are such BS. If things are going so badly at a company that they truly need to eliminate hundreds of jobs, then the VERY FIRST person that should get the axe 🪓 is the CEO that got the company into that situation.

But the CEO almost never gets fired in a layoff, even when they've been so bad at their job that the company has multiple rounds of layoffs.

In case anyone else wants to know how to disable the dumb #AI #Copilot that #Microsoft enabled by default to live down in your taskbar in the latest #Windows11 update, here's how.

1. Right-click an empty space on the taskbar and click "Taskbar settings."

2. In the "Personalization > Taskbar" window that comes up, toggle the "Copilot (preview) switch from "on" to "off."

@notjustbikes I was inspired by the latest episode of The Urbanist Agenda to pull out my small collection of vintage Wired magazines from 1993/1994 and no joke, this comic was in the back of the very first issue. 🤦🏻
