Well, billionaires bought and paid for the Supreme Court in the US. Buying a silly city mayor and their huge police FORCE was way less expensive. Billionaires were just searching for a good return on their money.

I understand MSM giving a voice to leaders of the political party that are trying to install a dictator in the White House in 2024 on their platforms. They need views today.

But I also think that once that dictator gets into the White House, will destroy most of those MSM companies so Fox and other propaganda faux-news entertainment companies will be the only new sources.

Remember ... "enemy of the State/People" remarks from Trump? I do.

This is exactly how the will lead this nation if they ever gain a majority in the House and Senate. They will ensure only will benefit from their legislation.

Heck, I'm thinking they might start edging towards making any other political party illegal a real national platform issue. At least their behavior leads me to consider they will try.

I read during the day and never just before heading to bed. I need "quiet" to read but I still manage to read 20-30 books a year. Mainly works of fiction in the 325 page size.

I'm an uptight guy, but not uptight enough to feel guilty about the time I spend reading a book.

The AP has found that the number of deaths caused by the police in the US is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than thought because they're not always reported as being "officer-involved."

The investigation found that between 2012 and 2021, more than a thousand people died after police use physical force that was not intended to be lethal. That includes batons, stun guns, physical restraints, and chemical agents. The oldest victim was 95 and the youngest 15.

Only 28 of the officers were charged.

The Police role was only cited in about half of the cases, meaning that many more Americans have died at the hands of the police than was previously known.
