I hear that Gmail has recently started objecting to more mail from non-Gmail senders than usual.
So if you use Gmail, it might be a good idea to keep a closer eye than usual on your spam folder. (And mark non-spam as non-spam.)
And if you don’t use Gmail, and you’re waiting an unusually long time for a response to something that you sent to a Gmail user, it might be worth contacting them via other channels to make sure the mail reached them.
@elysdir As of Feb 1, Google and Yahoo (and possibly others) are spambinning senders without a DMARC record. It was supposed to just be bulk mail over 5k but it seems they are hitting anyone without the DMARC setting in your email config.

About two and a half years ago major client was notified that their version of CMS had reached end of life and they had two years of security updates to plan for the migration. They were reminded in the monthly maintenance reports as well specific emails several other times. Upon notice of version 2x newer was released and support of old ended I got the "why didn't you let us know" email. I replied with the specific dates. Real polite & attentive after.

It's only with the benefit of hindsight, which the federal cabinet did not have, that the judge determines they erred.
Invoking the Act in #Ottawa & #Ontario was proper. He merely disputes invoking it nation-wide.
@gemelliz I find it remarkable that the Judge would have supported invoking the Act had he been there at the time and yet still ruled the way he did. At what point did anyone have access to hindsight. People make decisions based on the facts at hand and the facts were the police at any level and tow truck drivers were not doing their jobs.
