One thing I find fascinating about Republican voters and the mainstream media is that Trump routinely says things like this and -- well, you may not have heard, but the man is running for President of the United States -- and nobody just says outright, "WHAT THE BLOODY FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS MAN? @Alice I'm REASONABLY confident that I haven't. I haven't gotten sick, I have had numerous Covid tests prior to medical visits and procedures, and all were negative.

But if I somehow picked up an asymptomatic Covid infection between visits, or at one ... how would I know?

In a post on his Truth Social account, Trump repeatedly referred to Haley, the daughter of immigrants from India, as “Nimbra.” Haley, the former South Carolina governor, was born in Bamberg, South Carolina, as Nimarata Nikki Randhawa. She has always gone by her middle name, “Nikki.” She took the surname “Haley” upon her marriage in 1996.

Yopu know, I love how some of the bugs in Diablo just go on and on and on. Some of the oldest bugs in Diablo are still there in the very latest Diablo games.

Like, there's this one bug that I first saw in the original Diablo, and it is still there in Diablo Immortal. You'll be trying to fight some mob, and you swing, and you miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss. "Nothing there to hit," says the game. Or "You can't hit that." (It doesn't tell you its rationale for why you can't hit that mob, you just keep missing and missing and missing.)

In desperation, you try some AOE attack, and it works.

"Oh, THAT monster," says the game. "Well why didn't you SAY so?!?" And from then on, you can hit it.

@RickiTarr Completely out of left field: I've thought for a long time that that is one of the more awkward constructions in the English language. It just looks wrong even though it's grammatically correct... 😅

(It looks like a "double past tense verb" of some kind. We say "I didn't run", not "I didn't ran". But "didn't use to" looks wrong as well. The entire construct is just consigned to hell. 🤣)
