New to our family, sandwich rolls: lavash, mayo, lettuce, prosciutto, havarti cheese. I am trying to find foods Drew can eat since he is not using his left hand very often. Regular sandwiches are a mess since he can’t tell the strength of his grip in his right hand. A firm hold means the sandwich filling falls out. Same for burgers now. Yay for Trader Joe’s lavash - only $2.49 for a large package. 2 pieces for 8 rolls. And it worked well. #Lavash#Food#Wraps#Sandwich

If you’re in Singapore, like din tai fung, but don’t like how crowded / expensive their restaurants get: here’s a hawker stall that does functionally the same food for $4ish. Will also be crowded, but it won’t be $40

If the moon is the final frontier for humankind, we need to figure out what we’re going to eat up there. In the next two years, NASA plans to send astronauts back to the moon, which provides some insight into what our lunar lunches will look and taste like. “Food is something that keeps astronauts sane,” says Dr. Sonja Brungs of the European Space Agency. BBC Travel has more on what astronauts eat — and what the rest of us might one day consume there. https://flip.it/Xp352- #Science#Food#NASA#Moon
