i can't fucking upload any media, now its not juts i takes 30 tries to upload it, it straight up doesn't work anymore. gonna add this to the giant pile of stuff that doesn't work on this software. i think the only thing i can do now i post text, boost and react.

No. As has been stated before, I'm all in on Mastodon. But I want all flavors of Fediverse enabled app, so I have zero problems with supporting other peoples instances when I know they're good.
suspended a user who's been here for quite a while. i had neglected to check on reports for a while since i don't get too many and this one user had like 20 reports, and he was telling people to kill themselves or hang themselves.
Im having a really hard time opening CWs on #foundkey (#calckey fork) on #firefox (#android). I tap on them and they just wont open. I have to go to the original instance of the post for it to work
@edendestroyer Foundkey is a Misskey fork. Calckey has some elements of Foundkey added to it. You're probably better asking a #Foundkey dev what's changed to bring about this behaviour.
I am old fashioned in that I genuinely like client applications, which is why I tried 18 #Mastodon apps on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. These were the best ones.
Still amused by all the posts declaring that "#Mastodon will never get any traction" because it doesn't have [insert completely unnecessary Twit feature here]. It's like people think Masto just suddenly appeared out of the ether six months ago. It's been here for years, and it's just fine. 😂
@benoegen In #Calckey (and also in #Misskey & #Foundkey)) there is the feature of "Antennas". This allows you to define (and combine) keywords to follow - more than just following hashtags. @atomicpoet
Hier im Podcasts ab ca. Min. 15 werden auch noch mal von @Lioh einige Hintergründe zum Fediverse berichtet, an dem sie auch selbst aktiv mitentwickelt hat (auch sehr aufschlussreich in Bezug auf die aktuellen Zentralisierungs-Tendenzen im Fediverse)
Für alle Themen und Projekte gilt aber: gnulinux.ch ist ein Community-Projekt, an dem alle eingeladen und aufgerufen sind, mitzuwirken und selbst zu schreiben: gnulinux.ch/mitschreiben

I'm pretty sure that the #Fediverse is one of the first social networks I've been on that didn't ever ask me to betray any of the people in my address book.
Hope there is some more apps beeing developed for the #key_apps, #Misskey, #Calckey & #Foundkey, (and maybe somme others) because so far, they arrent well supported by native apps. (Be it for #Android, #Linux, or even #Windows.)
