Les clés de la porte à triple serrure qui protégeait la salle des #archives à l'hôtel de ville de #Lyon entre 1646 et les années 1860. En guise de porte-clefs, une chaîne avec un #blason où il est écrit : "UNE DES CLEFZ DE LA CHAMBRE A VOULT OU SO[n]T LES PAPIERS ET TILTRES DE LA VILLE".

La porte a suivi les déménagements successifs des #ArchivesDeLyon jusqu'au bâtiment actuel, où elle trône dans le hall.

Une grande porte en métal sculpté de couleur marron foncé, qui comporte 2 vantaux et un panneau supérieur. Le métal recouvre du bois. Au milieu des vantaux, une poignée arrondie. Les 3 serrures sont visibles sur la porte à droite. La porte est accrochée à une grille métallique grise.

LOL The other "wrong key" story for me was in 2018 or 2019, when I ended up driving to a motel along old Route 66 and got room "6", took a shower, and collapsed in bed exhausted. A couple of hours later I was woken up by someone who ALSO had the key to room "6" and it ended up I had actually checked into "Room 9" but the key also worked for "Room 6". We just traded keys (not that we needed to, LOL).

I made a bigger holder for the mailbox key which makes it - like the others - kind of click into place when fully flicked out of the holder.

Also reprinted the holder on its side and turns out that works fine! And hides more or less all the layers. Much nicer. :D

Or they could be repurposed with #Linux or Chrome OS Flex, or #FreeBSD, and we can stop being so freaking dramatic.

If you just browse, watch Netflix, shop, net banking, etc, Linux distributions like Mint or Ubuntu could save you money. It is an environment-friendly option.

Here's mine. Noire used to be joined with Etna and Vert, but Etna started to get blue from jeans and I didn't have a backup. Vert's loop broke so she's in a display case, I do have a second Vert and Noire somewhere though. I should get more rubber straps.
