Mom & I went for a lovely morning #NatureWalk at #ElkLake after my denturist appointment.
We only saw 2 other people on the trail. We had our morning tea, at the lake.
Today, embrace nature's calming essence by taking a mindful walk outdoors. Connect with earth's beauty, breathe deeply and let tranquility fill your spirit.
I had a 3 hours walk in nature and met only one person with a dog. The person was actually startled to meet someone else. 😁
I needed this walk after the cold of the weekend so much!
Embrace balance and renewal through a mindful walk in nature today. This action harmonizes body and soul, promotes inner peace, and connects you with the healing energies of the Earth.
Today, I managed to take a beautiful walk in nature once again. When stress levels rise, the remedy is to unplug from the world and its noise, staying connected to where we come from. It usually works, except in rare cases, even to help me focus better when I return to mental work. In my opinion, everyone should dedicate at least one hour a week to a return to the basics, to our origins. It's healthy, it's beautiful, and it brings positivity. #NatureWalk#PositiveVibes
The weekend is a remedy to recharge your energy whenever possible. Today, another beautiful immersive walk in nature, and tomorrow, we'll resume our weekly commitments. But with a rejuvenated soul and the right energy.
I hope you all are also having or have had a great Sunday. #WeekendVibes#NatureWalk#Recharge#FreshStart#HappySunday
Starting the weekend! No specific plans, just some rest and activities that boost my energy and positivity.
A walk in nature could be an enticing option, weather permitting. I need to recharge after a decidedly busy week, and I'm determined to do it right!
Walked a trail at Parkville Nature Sanctuary this morning. It’s a gorgeous 64° and sunny in November, a beautiful day for a walk. Wish it had been like this on Halloween instead of 38°. I’m not bitter or anything. 😏 #naturewalk#pedestrianadventures#naturesanctuary#Parkville#Missouri
A few pics of my very short walk earlier. I’m stiff and hurting pretty badly from the weather change, and my oldest son was cold, so we didn’t last long. The sad times are here… trees are wilting and the gorgeous leaves are mostly gone. Time for the conifers to shine now. The birds are crows. I always try to tell them I’m their BFF but they don’t believe me. 🐦⬛ #naturewalk#pedestrianadventures#Fall#TreesOfMastodon
