On my early morning walk, embracing the beauty of the morning, I spotted a small group of daisies. One of my favorite wild flowers, their simple beauty always make me smile, especially when I spot them sprinkled with dew of a cool morning. They seem to be lovely, no matter what the view...even in profile, and in black and white. https://fineartamerica.com/featured/profile-of-a-daisy-karen-cook.html#Flowers#Nature#Daisy#blackandwhite
Double exposure in camera (#OMDS#OM5) combining a sharp #photography with a long exposure of the same #daisy. The motion blurred has been captured by moving the daisy a bit while using LiveND: virtual neutral density filter. The 2 photos have been combined in the camera so that I get just one RAW file. The #blackandwhite is made using the "high contrast" preset from #ART (#RawTherapee clone).
Some Rudbeckia in my friend's garden. This variety appears to be a self-seeding annual since its location, flower color variations, and numbers vary from year to year. I'm a huge fan. I've tried to establish it in my garden using seeds from his plants but no luck so far. Have to try again next year 🤞.

I have them in the #garden, found seeds labeled Gloriosa daisy. They do self seed well and grow as a bi-annual, producing larger plants the second year. I've transplanted the volunteers and second year plants early in the spring with success. #Daisy#Flower#Photography#Dahlia
Often overlooked but so pretty! I thought the common daisy deserved it’s own artwork.
This original daisy painting (along with lots more from the nature/woodland series) is available from my website now 🌿💚🌿
