Both the New York Times and the Washington Post (and basically ALL of TV news) are calling the Trump campaign/election fraud trial the "hush money case". This is a clear preference for clickbait over core truth.

For those of us who hoped for better journalism in headlines -- which are the only thing a lot of people read -- we lost this one.

The judge in Trump's NY City criminal trial is showing himself to be a terminal wimp. Again and again and again, Trump violates the court's "orders" to stop intimidating jurors and witnesses. Response? Nothing.

@dangillmor couldn't all of Trump's antics be presented at the contempt hearing? Trump was told what would happen if he couldn't control himself. $1000 fine for each charge and 30 days in jail for each grunt, moan, and post on his little rant web page that attacked the process.

Tomorrow's forecast keeps jumping between "mostly cloudy," "partly cloudy," "mix of sun and clouds," and "sunny." I'm really not going to know until the eclipse happens what the clouds will be doing...

Tomorrow I have an 8:30am live TV interview, then setup for public observing, then a live radio/youtube interview during the eclipse, then I have a rehearsal and then orchestra concert. Oh, and I'll have my 2 kids with me for all that. Tomorrow is going to be exciting no matter what!

Literally took one 20 min phone call in which Biden demanded immediate ceasefire & threatened to cut off aid, & magically a border opens providing critical humanitarian aid to Gaza.

USA always had this leverage. Meanwhile 32K Palestinians killed. smh

The NY Times, for example, headlines its story today about the Trump criminal trial in NY "a case related to hush money paid to a porn star."

No, it's about (among other things) falsifying financial records to keep the public in the dark before the 2016 election.

There is recourse for individuals & companies.

But "immigrants" can't do anything about the damaging lies about them being violent.

Trump Tower is owned by the General Electric (GE) Pension Trust and Galbreath & Company.

The criminal defendant owes more than $100 million dollar loan to at least one bank, just on this one LOAN, this loan is just to pay his loan interest payments. That property, as of 2021, the building's official owner is GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

He is all debt, and can not even pay his debts.

It is all a house of cards. Are ya'll catching on yet.

Deutsche Bank and other lenders forgave about $287 million in debt** that he did not pay.

  • The majority of this unpaid debt was related to a 92-floor skyscraper in Chicago, completed in 2008, which Trump had hoped to turn into one of his real estate marquee dwellings.
  • Despite initially attempting to back out of paying what he owed, Trump eventually saw the loans forgiven over $250 MILLION, rather than continuing to fight in court.
