Just uploaded a new build of @keepassxc to Debian unstable, this adds a separate keepassxc-minimal package, and a transitional package that depends on keepassxc-full | keepassxc-minimal; so people upgrading (or new installing) will get the full experience again.

This is still 2.7.7, mind you. 2.7.8 I need to go look at some day when I'm not killing myself with apt solver work!

Birthdays are coming up and my eldest wants a walkie talkie to chat with her sister in the weekend.
But since they are 60km apart during the week I'm thinking of a dedicated PTT device that connects them over the internet (wifi connection).
No smartphone since the youngest isn´t always allowed t have her phone in the dorm room.

Coucou le fédiverse #tech #fr, je suis actuellement en formation TSSR (Technicienne Supérieure Système et Réseau) en #IDF et je suis à la recherche d’un stage de deux mois (non rémunéré) entre septembre et octobre (Paris/banlieue sud).

J’ai une appétence particulière pour les systèmes linux (je fais de l’admin sys à la maison), mais j’étudie aussi beaucoup windows, donc les deux m’intéressent.
Je cherche en priorité un stage où on toucherais au réseau histoire d’appliquer ce que j’ai appris en cours, mais si vous avez un plan pour du support je prends aussi.

Voilà, si votre entreprise à un DSI / si vous connaissez des gens, hésitez pas, ça m’aiderais grandement !

Je suis à la recherche d'une entreprise pour entamer une alternance de 2 ans à partir de septembre.

Je suis actuellement en formation à l'école 42 Paris, et suite à un premier stage entreprise de 6 mois, je recherche donc maintenant des offres d'alternances. Ma recherche porte sur des offres localisés en région parisienne, ou qui proposent du full remote.

Je recherche en préférence une mission en lien avec le développement système ou le développement embarqué. Je reste cependant ouverte à toutes autres propositions, que ce soit de l'administration système, du devops, ou du développement logiciel tant que ça reste un domaine lié à l'IT.

J'ai des compétences dans une variété de languages de programmation ou de scripting différents, que ce soit C, C++, Assembleur x86-64, ou bien encore Javascript. De plus je suis familière avec divers logiciels tels que Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, ou encore Kubernetes.

Je suis capable de m'adapter et de me former très rapidement sur de nombreux sujets, et je sais bien parler anglais.

Je suis passionnée par la philosophie de l'open-source et du libre, une opportunité de travailler sur des projets open-source serait donc un gros plus !

The git zine might have set a record for number of beta readers who helped out with it: we had 66 amazing people read drafts of the zine, ask questions, tell me what’s confusing, and what they learned!

The beta reader process helps us SO much to keep the things that are working and fix the parts that aren’t.

I'm much too afraid to run my own mail server but I've always enjoyed his writing about networking (his “networking for system administrators” helped me a ton when I read it) and I think it's going to be a nice way for me to learn more about how email works
