Whoa… this illustrates so much of what’s f’cked up about the USA. Hospitals and nursing and medical care shouldn’t be anywhere near our GDP. Banking and finance is concentrated in this three states with the loosest laws. Much of the country is all about fossil fuels. And then there’s the insurance industry.
