And the only category that matters is Israel's characterization of Palestinians as "animals". When you deny someone's humanity, you're not really committing .

A really clever clock

It shoots marbles down tracks to spell out the time, white marbles against black marbles

A large black machine, perhaps six feet tall, at the back of a room. On the right hand side is a mechanism, perhaps three feet wide, that is lifting black and white marbles upwards. When the marbles reach the top of that mechanism, they fall into 15 tracks that swoop them to the left, where in about six feet they reach a curve that goes downwards and then back to the right. The marbles slide rightwards, where the mechanism has a section that stops the marbles from rolling further. As we watch, the marbles roll down in such a pattern that the white marbles slowly spell out 23:01 against a field of black marbles.

    She's a Dinomyrmex gigas major. Isn't she beautiful? They are also called "giant forest ants" they are kind of like supersized carpenter ants. I hope to meet one of these ants someday.
