It is magical, astonishing, unbelievable that I am actually here at the #InternetArchive participating to the tour of the building by @brewsterkahle himself.
Now, I am realizing it is becoming quite cumbersome to maintain and to adapt to the changeable nature of my craziness. Code is messy and probably a bit bloated, I am not so expert or have enough time to work on improving the performance…
maybe it is time to start using a framework or something, but I have no idea about this stuff. My only imperatives are not to have any front end #JavaScript and have as little abstraction as possible. I would just like to make my life easier and keep the development of my personal website a fun thing to do rather than a stressful chore.
Any thoughts? Suggestions? Please feel free to digress, I am eager to learn about the topic.

Come dico da qualche tempo, il mestiere delle traduzioni è al tramonto. E non perché il machine learning abbia raggiunto la qualità umana (men che meno il tocco), ma perché è già sufficiente per ottimizzare i guadagni delle aziende.
Lasci a casa gente, generi roba di qualità media e ti limiti a farla rileggere a gente che sarà sempre meno e sempre meno pagata.
Esattamente il mio punto! Credo sia fondamentale spostare il focus da questioni retoriche ed etiche a questioni socio-economiche.
Combattiamo con il luogo comune del “la gente passa tutto il giorno davanti al telefono” aggiungendo la sfumatura “chi ha progettato sistemi operativi e applicazioni che tengono la gente appiccicata?”

I have a git submodule that I am adding inside the repository of my website, but I want it to be ignored, except for its README.md.
I have tried two different approaches. In both cases I am able to exclude the git submodule, but I can’t find a way to include the README and use it as a regular template.
