I live in an apartment building & my landlord kindly allows me to garden. A neighbor approached me about starting some vegetables so we've added some heirloom tomatoes, sweet peppers, kale, & turnips along with some purple basil to my flower garden. We've got our 1st tomato and peppers forming👍

Spring has begun and magnolias have bloomed beautifully. I just mounted an old $20 Soviet lens to my Sony camera and took some photos. Check out the spring dreamy look! 🌸 Thank you for being there!

The first crocuses have just popped in my friend's garden. Mine are not too far behind. Here's a little thread of the early ones from his yard.

My friend has a rose bush with incredibly vivid scarlet-red blooms. He has quite a few varieties in his garden but these are definitely my favorites.

The session in a lupine field behind us, it came out great! I'm post-producing photos from there and Amsterdam, a lot of work. I will upload more pictures soon. 😊 This picture I took with so special lens, which I detached from the old Smena 8M camera and adapted to Sony E-mount.
I acquired my clematis last yr. It was already blooming when I purchased it. It grew larger & later bloomed a 2nd time. Wasn't sure if I had a repeat-bloomer but it appears I do since it grew, bloomed extensively, died back, & is growing & budding just now this yr.
Looking forward to the blooms 😍!
Taking some time off of social media. See y'all in a couple weeks 👍.

this must have been delicious, to attract so many different bees. I took loads of photos, trying to get them all in. This is what we hoped for when we planted them.
It's a Collarette dahlia, ridiculously colourful, a real joy to see in the garden. And obviously not only for us.
Happy, happy Monday everyone.
