Upgrading your safehouse will give you lots more control at the strategy layer to find new squad members, manage your roster, get leverage before attempting heists, and more.
Jumped through the hoops to get #Steam family sharing set up so I can share games with my husband (and someday the kids). Looking like I will soon be seeing if I can get Death Stranding working on #Ubuntu. 🤔😁
So many comparing it with Prey when it's a very different beast. All it has in common with that is the 'emergent' puzzle solving and the fact it's set on a space station.
MY first thought: it's like Observation. Did you play Observation, the fun wee sci-fi game where you're a computer roving around cameras, flipping switches and solving puzzles in a space station orbiting Saturn? No, I'll bet you didn't you PHILESTINES. Well, anyway, the gameplay mechanic here is very similar, a digital entity bouncing around receptive nodes piloting bots and drinking juice. Yes, and in the game.
It's also a tiny bit like The Sentinel: Geoff Crammond's 8-bit Opus where you conscious-zapped from robot body to robot body to avoid the Titular overseer. Listen out for some music snippets that homage/directly riff on that old game's iconic sound effects: dun-dan-dun-dun-DUHHHN. But this game is more advanced and accessible that that hoary old classic.
I'm four levels in and having a great time. I've frozen more M.U.M.s than an explosion in Iceland. I've made DADs my [female dog]: "THIS IS WRONG". And I think the person guiding me via witty messages knows too much.
Z góry mówię - zawsze byłem prounijny, popierałem UE i wprowadzenie w Polsce Euro.
Nonsens! A, no i jeszcze robią dokładnie to samo co Apple, czyli pobierają prowizję od sprzedaży. No i oczywiście nie mają sideloadingu, ale to oczywiście jeszcze mogę wybaczyć (chociaż Apple’owi też mogłem…). Antykonsumenckie praktyki!
A #Spotify?
Also, what the fuck is wrong with #Steam play time counting. Every other time I look at it, time actually went down. Come on Valve, you really got a sign error in there or what? I probably need something else to track my time. It was already annoying when playing offline was not counted correctly, but now it's just completely unreliable. Or the next big thing Valve puts out is an actual time machine.
We're playing #LoversInADangerousSpaceTime
(four-player co-op, perfect for me wife & kids) and we've just unlocked the rabbit (@ariadne would be happy).
BTW, this is the game we couldn't play because of the #Steam “let's pretend controllers are a kind of keyboard” thing I mentioned in one of my recent posts (https://sociale.network/@oblomov/112326184779611987). I'm glad I fixed that, and the kids are too.
Kids were playing Plants vs Zombies GW2. #EA rolled out some anti-cheat shit that works only on Windows I presume. It no longer works on #Linux, I cannot explain it to my kids why their game no longer works, although we paid for it. #GamingOnLinux#FuckEA#steam
