Falcon 9 is the workhorse that gets both satellites and humans to space. It has successfully launched more tonnage to space, and more satellites than any other rocket.

Starship, the one under development, will undercut Falcon 's already low cost to orbit significantly, and be able to lift far heavier loads to orbit, the Moon, and Mars.

    While the framing is off, it shows reluctant people it is possible to go green. Many people believe the naysayers and think it is impossible, so don't try. This helps convert some of them.

    If we go to an electricity grid like RethinkX mentions in their Energy report. Only dummies will use other than electricity because electricity will become extremely cheap.

    On safety, time will tell. Given the height of the hood on the Cybertruck vs other pickup trucks, I'd rather be hit by the Cybertruck. This is because one will have one's upper body wrap over the hood, carried with, then finally be thrown forward to the ground. With other trucks like current Ford, GM, and Dodge makes the hood is so high one gets immediately thrown to the ground, then also run over. They are the real killers.

    This is a Southwest maintenance issue. By this point in the life of the aircraft, that engine cover would have been removed and replaced many times.

    I'm surprised at the number of big box stores that end up aviaries. They have gotten the door sensors better at not responding to a bird flying by.

    At a store a friend managed, they changed to new avian ignoring door sensors. Then a dove, who had a nest inside, learned to hover in front of the sensor... Soon all the birds knew the trick.

    Humans build such beautiful caves to make nests in....

    Keeping the wild birds from roosting anywhere near the livestock (cows in this case) is the vital bit. They are the scourge of all trying to keep down antibiotic use on farms. Edit: Smart farmers know antibiotics don't treat viruses. Using antibiotics costs money...

    Mice, rats, raccoons, etc can also spread diseases to the cattle. For dairies it is harder to keep them away from livestock due to the large amounts of feed stored in open silage pits, and fed in bunks.

    Some of the reactions to my sitting there taking rests on natures walks have been very interesting. Most are encouraging, but some it's is obvious they are disgusted.

    I try to choose mostly flat trails due to my ME/CFS. That isn't always an option. I need a 4WD scooter so I can do longer trails.
