And now, for waterfall Wednesday, I present... a waterfall. Which one? I can't recall and I don't have location data on this one. Probably Newfoundland? I dunno, but I like it so here it is!
It's gray and rainy here today, which is good because we desperately need the rain, but it's not conducive to consciousness. I want to go make a nest in my bed and nap all day. It also makes me want to post this photo of a gray, foggy day in Newfoundland.
You know what? The elections went really well and I'm in a good mood today, so here's one of my favorite waterfall photos from Newfoundland. All the whale watching ships leaving Bay Bulls and heading to Witless Bay duck into the cove and put their bows by the waterfall so people can get photos. That's fun, but I prefer this angle.
In St. John's they have a really unusual aquarium, called The Fluvarium. It's essentially windows into a stream with salmon and trout. It's not, if I'm honest, the best tourist attraction, but it can make for some fun fishy photos!
This is always a fun event! Costumes, local vendors, great food, and it's family friendly! And it's FREE ADMISSION! This Sunday October 29th 10am to 3pm at the SJFM building.

@myeyesaredim I really dislike that phrase because it is rooted in « not all men » referring to sexual assault.
I try to not make sweeping generalizations about any one group of people being monolithic but I do hold people accountable for their political affiliations when they are problematic.
Provincial politics vary greatly depending on the province— and anyone sticking up for lgbtq children have my respect for that.
