OK. The Adapter for is stable. For the adapter, I think I have everything I need to communicate with the API; I just need to create a environment for Misskey to test the adapter (I would use my account, @ivan18rod, to test it, but it feels wrong for me to use something that belongs to my job for my personal benefit IMO).

@mariusor @steve It's true, and it is how Mastodon works now. I will not do your homework to find references, but it's really not too hard to find threads about Mastodon turning more and more proprietary if you look for a few minutes.

@jr ja, Tusky und Fedilab können auch mehrere, bspw. mit Friendica funktiniert es auch (natürlich nur die Grundfunktionen).
Fedilab müsste auch mit Pixelfed gehen, Tusky evtl. nicht.

Aber nicht zugleich!
Ein tolles Feature will man gerade zw. zwei instanzen hin und her springen. Kommt bei Pixelfeed/Friendica und Mastodon/Calckey schon mal öfter vor.

Was allen übrigens fehlt ist ein eigenständiger Tab für das Edit Fenster.
Jedesmal muss ich einen Post erst als Entwurf speichern will ich was nachrecherchieren, voll nervig!

2 thoughts.

1st the way Mastodon servers coped with the migration in November was awesome. I was literally amazed how for example @wild1145 & team coped with the surge that kept doubling use again & again & again, breaking media modules and all sorts. Mastodon added vast numbers to Fediverse in such a short time!

2nd If Calckey had been advocated as a platform option for many who complained about certain missing features more ppl would have been retained inside Fediverse. Edit was present on neither platform then. However the Calckey server structure at present, has an air of not seeming setup to absorb big numbers. I could be wrong about that.

The potential of the Calckey platform is great. I would love to see calckey add loads of ppl to the Fediverse.
