I just updated the demo version of my game, I think it looks like a small update for players, but I spent a lot of time working on it.
I added some options, key customization, and improved the inventory by rewriting the item usage system.
"Slay the Spire" was an indie mega-hit -- it currently has 130,000 "overwhelmingly positive" reviews on Steam. I've put some 180 hours into it -- that's how good it is.
The devs switched away from the proprietary #Unity engine due to enshittification. They, and other indie devs who have switched to open source engines, won't be coming back. This is how we win.
Made it to Level 25 in Race The Sun! Apparently only a little over 6% have made it to that rank. Well... I may be at max rank, but I sense there is more to find, achievements/trophies fo-sho.

Animation Sequences in Unreal Engine 5 is amazing. I've never made an animation, this is my first one... took 5 minutes to see how to do it and 15 minutes to make this one. For sure, the new game will have references to the Erra: Exordium, for example as a poster or magazine
Played Toren in between Steam Deck and Desktop. It runs and looks amazing on Steam Deck, and for a 2015 game it still looks stellar, even on a 4K screen!
The Octopia expansion to #Eastward is such a wonderful little escape. It's just the perfect speed for me right now. I love all the little qol choices (your watering can never runs out of water! when the day ends, you still can move around your home and kitchen, so you never run out of time to cook/eat!) as well as the time and story to spend with these characters in another timeline. 💚 #IndieGaming
