Continuing to replace the AI-generated images in my game now that I understand how problematic it is.
It's turning out to be making my game better. Below is a comparison between the AI image I'd generated (on the left) for a snowy outpost and what I drew (on the right).
The AI version is evocative enough, I suppose, but it's obviously AI generated. And the image on the right is MUCH closer to what I envisioned for the scene (despite my art skills). I like mine better.
Got a new idea for a novel. Pre-industrial society on nameless planet. Disabled people sometimes disappear and come back “fixed”. It’s the aliens. The kicker is they’re purifying the gene pool and replacing the people in synth bodies. I know this might trigger some disabled people, but what I wouldn’t give to be in a non disabled body with the same mind… #sciFi#ChronicIllness

Need more practice, so today I decided to learn more about Post Processing in Unreal Engine 5, I made the draft of the scanner Material. The final goal is to do as in the game Days Gone or Death Stranding. What other examples do you like?
The fifth chapter of Stardust: Labyrinth is out! Horrifying event after horrifying event happens as the five tries to find their way back after the fourth chapter's incident, threatening to derail the expedition completely. Will they manage to regain their bearings?
"Everybody looks at everybody all the time and you don't need to be a celebrity to feel the need for privacy. I myself was recently in big trouble with my Confessor for being slow to post a birthing video. I'm not talking about being either an extrovert or an introvert: I'm talking about people who don't believe privacy is a perversion, people who think it might even be a virtue."
Added #kosh to the cast. I liked him very much till the reveal... You know ... And if not: Go watch the #show. Even with it's poorly aged CGI #Babylon5 is still amazing!
Gone in 60 Seconds. I was troubled by the thought of the mechanics of the detective, the reflection of the decals if you shine an ultraviolet light on them, so I made the first draft
