This is why regulators must block by default all mergers, specially when it comes to media companies. No one benefited from this except the executives.

「 Warner Bros. Discovery seems set to remove at least 16 games from its Adult Swim Games subsidiary from games markets and has told the affected developers that it will not transfer the games back to them nor offer other means of selling them in the future 」

David Zaslav is the guy who started cutting content and killing films to "save money" and bolster the APPEARANCE of WBD's stock price. Seems his tactics were exactly what we expected, a short term gimmick, good for a single fiscal quarter, and disastrous in the long term.
He will absolutely earn MILLIONS from this terrible performance as CEO. There need to be more significant consequences for millionaire CEOs running companies into the ground.
There are jobs and livelihoods at stake.

@bghote The cost-cutting regime that rebranded also unceremoniously canceled new original development in many countries; quietly removed multiple original movies, series, and dozens of catalog episodes without notice (including 200 of the long-running childrens’ show that originally aired on —your tax dollars gone); and canceled several nearly-complete movies.

They are no longer a good steward for anything, especially .
