Mice don't just squeak, they sing: https://www.sciencenews.org/article/beyond-falsetto-do-mice-sing-ultrasonic-frequencies

But they sing higher notes than people can hear. If you have pet birds you can hear them sing. If you have pet mice, they're singing but you can't hear them.

Is there any way to make a device with a high-frequency mic and DSP that's cost-effective for individual mouse keepers, so you can hear mice singing in real time? Or are mics like that too expensive to make, research-only?

I’ve been getting mice in my walls as of late. I’m not sure where they’re hiding, but I’m pretty damn sure that’s where they’re at. Should I bomb my house?

What model should one report after using multiple and regressions, and how are they obtained? I'm using the package in , and on each imputed dataset. When pooling results, summary() yields what I need for each model term, but nothing for the whole model. If I didn't impute but deleted listwise, I would normally report AIC, BIC, Loglik. These are all in the mipo object, for each result for each imputed dataset, but they're not pooled. I'm sure I'm missing something here. Does anyone know an example article where such results are presented neatly?

I haven’t drawn mice or other rodents in ages... I should pick that up again: when you’re that tiny everything takes courage and anything can be an adventure~.

that turtles can breathe through their butts.

Then I went on Wikipedia and learnt that mammals can do this too. Also learnt that scientists have asphyxiated a bunch of mice with and without sandpapering the inside of their arseholes first to confirm this.

Man, it sucks to be a mouse.

RIP to Microsoft branded PC accessories. Disappointing because they're excellent, and work very well in schools. I generally stick to using their mice.

I guess we'll be switching to Logitech now then.

We couldn't stand the cuteness anymore, and so adopted Nibbles the mouse yesterday!

They're not even the same species, but his resemblance to our beloved late rat Lucas is uncanny sometimes. 😭

Welcome home, Nibbles! We hope you have a long and happy life here.

Mouse filmed tidying up man’s shed every night

After regularly discovering that things from the night before had been mysteriously tidied, he set up a night vision camera on his workbench.

It captured a mouse picking up clothes pegs, corks, nuts and bolts.

I had a great lunch companion today, a sleepy wood mouse.

Phone photo, obviously, because I don't carry a real camera when cycling. As an aside, it was great to see so many people of all ages out cycling today.
