It's not only about screen readers. It helps let people who aren't fluent in your particular language use translators. I haven't found a translator that works on images, but they all work on text.

False claims of antisemitism are antisemitic.

They detract from claims about genuine antisemitism and make it that much more difficult to get people to listen when it does happen.

But I think many of the people making false claims of antisemitism know that and are banking on it because they hate us just as much as they hate Palestinians.

I believe that autistic burnout is something that other people do to us rather than something we do to ourselves.

It's not simply that we mask too much or work too hard; society requires us to do those things. The choice is not ours.

Those are not the only things that cause burnout. Bigotry and abuse from others also causes burnout. Constant sensory Hell also causes burnout. Anything that keeps us out of equilibrium causes burnout.
