This is all the PHP code you need to recover the samples of an unsaved Tenacity/Audacity project and transfer them into a raw (headerless) audio file.
Once you have the raw (headerless) audio file, you can then open it with Tenacity/Audacity again using File -> Import -> Raw data. Set the sample format, audio channels and sample rate according to the recovered project data and you can continue processing it.
I had intended to raise the cost of Metaphysical Shitposting to my normal full-album cost of $7 when I released the 8th track, but then ... I forgot. LOL. I also intended to let people know before I did it, so they could still sneak in for the $5 price. So, anyway, next time I add a track, it'll go to $7, but for now it's still $5! So go grab it!
Or just give it a listen. Honestly, that's just as nice for me. Or nearly so 😉
Have you thought about switching to an older version of Audacity (e.g., 3.0.2) due to networking features in newer versions?
Why not try Tenacity? It features all the things you love from Audacity 3.0.2 plus the non-destructive editing features from Audacity 3.1, all without networking! And don't forget our own specific features like Matroska label editing! 😄
I'm looking for #infosec research and advice on effectively anonymizing voice recordings, preferably using open source software like #audacity. I know there are many ways to screw this up and put a source at risk. Besides simply not using the original audio and instead running it through voice recognition and then reading out by voice generator, are there any good options?
Hmm...I see YT videos about why people quit #linux and go back to Windows. OK, I see the point with gaming. Also for, say, very specialized userbase.
But nope, for using browser, #libreoffice and #audacity and a few other common apps, I definitely don't need to use Windows.
I still need to learn loads of things, but for what my work requires, I am more than comfortable.
People just need to leave their comfort zone...for something better. #linuxmint#manjaro#learninglinux#linuxlove
Merci merci
Hi all, I saved this drum kit from the skip but while the USB is detected by both Ubuntu and windows 11 I am a a loss as to how to get sound out of it. It seems that I need to match it to a DAW but i can't seem to get #audacity or #ardour to detect it as an audio import source.
