🌅Woke up with a heavy heart this morning, knowing tomorrow marks the anniversary of my nephew Gabriel's passing. I spent some quiet time at his resting place, knowing that he wouldn't want us to dwell in sorrow. You'd want us to celebrate your life, to share stories and remember all the joy you brought into the world. ❤️

👟Happy National Month! We celebrated in style today with our THIRD free community fitness outdoor event at The Court in Malden. 🌳

It was a fantastic morning filled with a fun body weight workout💪🏾 for all ages and abilities. Everyone gave it their all, and we finished strong with an invigorating 2 mile power⚡️walk and some relaxing stretches!

Today, I joined the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute and other volunteers in my childhood Dorchester neighborhood to paint the Mother's Day Walk for Peace route purple! 👟💟
