So, I started receiving emails from OVIA app. I am definitely not pregnant. Certainly spam right?

I decided to dig. Turns out there is an account. I was able to reset the password. It has not my name on it, but of a random person in OH. I can see all their data.
My email is a VERY unique last name. Nothing to do with this person''s name. Nothing at all. This cannot be a typo or anything of the like.
So, how did this happen?

I will die on the hill that the difficulty most people have with mastodon is that they create an account that comes essentially empty.

If we can in any way provide a "ready to go" starter account, like when you sign up for reddit you already have a basic "front page", this will remove 70% of the difficulties.

FFS, just give the option for people to choose some hashtags and some of the most popular people here as they are creating an account.
