@kcarruthers i've been wearing my mask in public since 2020. I'd rather not have long Covid. In California no one seems to mind someone wearing a mask.

    I used to run the dishwasher when I ran out of spoons. I finally bought 6 more spoons, and now I go days longer without running the dishwasher.

    I'm saving time, energy, and water every week because I bought 6 spoons. I can't believe it took me years to think of it!

    Look for your version of "spoons."

    @ai6yr My wife and I hardly go outside and always mask but we got our first Covid infection. We got Paxlovid prescriptions due to age and are doing all right.

    This much requested capability has been in development for a long time and promises to transform Mastodon into a much more capable platform.

    @renchap @mastodonmigration recently our server was down I tried to do a full back up with it, returned to being online. I got a message saying it was backing up but you can do every seven days, but it never completed or offered me a download. I was using Firefox. I haven't seen the back up options and other programs are use on the iPad.

    There’s a HURRICANE this weekend heading for Baja and Southern California. Folks, that is not in any way normal.

    I may not live long enough to see the worst of the impacts of climate change, but I want to use my voice and platform today to urge action.

    We can start by ending subsidies and investments into fossil fuels. Full stop.
