We need to STOP running DOOM on new things
and START putting new things into DOOM.

For example, today I added micro-transactions to the original game. Any time you pick up an item, the game freezes until you make a payment.

opening DOOM from the command line. start a new game. immediately walk to health item. when the character touches it, the game freezes and a QR code pops up. I scan the qr code with my phone and a credit card payment UI is displayed. I enter fake credit card details, hit submit. A second later the web page on the phone says "Payment Complete" and the game on the computer resumes.

@molly0xfff @danluu in my case i tend to avoid the heavy website because "strangely" they also the one with most of "tracker / ads" that break them with adblock.

I don't mind to pay high quality website ... if their website are also high quality and not one more wordpress over-bloated with 3 hundreds module and an heavy theme with 30 animation on each clic.

Interesting thing i read today ... it seem that do not for every they need (lyrics, music video, etc).

Also it seem that pay 2 times more than spotify to label and so have a bigger share.

A (correct me if i’m wrong) show that any other than Spotify pay more for artists.

So to artists i you to move out from Spotify to any other you prefer.

@ivory Yes the navigation bar at the botom on ios app, i would love to lock it (or at least have an option to remove the arrow that let us understand we can maintain the pressure to change them (i found that not very beautiful (and once we know it’s possible and why some may not be possible) having them become optional.

@fedora #Fedora 40 #IOT will be my first #immutable OS for my home #server (in hope to have the same experience i have with the VM i use (#Silverblue) that give me a 2 #commands #upgrade each version.

If i where writing a letter to them (maybe since i mentioned them) i would ask an #easier way to auto update #podman #container.

And a #native (auto #decryption) of the #OS using #TPM ship (i know the tuto on fedora magazine but sometimes it fail i woule prefer native one).

i do firmly think that the fact we can see @potus directly from mastodon is a big day for since it finally break the blockage social media have done by blocking famous people into their platforms please @potus make a law to prevent to block people like you to be seen by free (as free speech) social networks
