#ThrowbackThursday to September 2014 and a peaceful wander in the sand dunes, when monsoon clouds helped to keep the temperatures tolerable. A strong wind blew fine sand over the ridges. I love the subtle tones and colors of this moment.
Es ist ein warmer Sommerabend im August 2022, das Licht ist gleißend. Die Sonne steht tief und scheint die Spree entlang in die Unterführung. Ab und zu drängelt sich eine Wolke dazwischen und es kehrt diffuse Normalität in die Lichtstimmung.
Ich habe heute Abend eigentlich einen langen Spaziergang im Sinn, bleibe aber stehen, als ich die Silhouetten der Menschen vor der plakatierten Wand sehe. Ein Plakat schreit "GOOD NEWS". Die Menschen treiben ihren Schatten vor sich her. Andere werden von ihm getrieben. Manche Schatten sehen ihren Besitzern ähnlich, andere nicht. Heute lasse ich die anderen die 10000 Schritte machen und bleibe einfach stehen, bis die Sonne hinter der Stadt verschwindet.
