This is not a moderate bill. This is one of the most extreme I've seen. The restrictions target access and force doctors to lie to patients. You can't make 3 appointments at a clinic that doesn't exist. It also mandates that doctors misinform based on far right junk "science.” It's an authoritarian nightmare with a moderate sounding name.

@TonyStark We need just one Republican in either chamber of the NCGA to vote not to overturn Gov. Cooper's veto. There are 5 who are possibilities. Everyone in NC who cares about this issue should contact them.

Never any excuse to even have her in a chokehold. Clearly his ego & maturity couldn't handle it.

Despite being overturned, as someone watching from , I still believe it's ultimately the choice of every woman what happens with her body, it's never for anyone else to dictate.

Protesters flooded the Statehouse rotunda as Republicans moved to make it harder for an abortion rights ballot measure to pass in November.

Ohio Republicans are being pretty transparent in their efforts to block a proposed abortion ballot measure from passing by popular vote in November: They’re going to spend $20 million in taxpayer dollars to hold a special election that would raise the referendum threshold from a simple majority to 60 percent of the vote to win.

Not so divided. Even knows that conservative opinion is minority opinion.

80-87% of ALL Americans agree we need sensible gun control & assault weapons bans.

A majority agree abortion should be legal.

A question I’ve been getting a lot - can I use during my medication ?

Yes - for some cannabis helps with relaxation and pain. There is no known interaction with abortion medications mifepristone and misoprostol. I always recommend using doses and strains one is familiar and comfortable with.

Can we PLEASE dispense with the notion that forced birthers care about “saving babies” or whatever nonsense argument they put forth? If they actually believed what they said they’d have NEVER supported Herschel Walker who paid for abortions.

It always has been about control and cruelty toward women who they think deserve to be punished with a pregnancy if they chose to engage in behavior they deem immoral.

They are not Pro-life. They are pro-punishment.

Und auch deshalb ist die Digitalisierung, die früher oder später unweigerlich auf eine Post-Privacy-Gesellschaft herausläuft, in erster Linie eine Dystopie:

"As abortion bans across the nation are implemented and enforced, law enforcement is turning to social media platforms to build cases to prosecute women seeking abortions or abortion-inducing medication – and online platforms like Google and Facebook are helping. "

Dataminr, an “official partner” of Twitter, alerted a federal law enforcement agency to pro-abortion protests and rallies in the wake of the reversal of Roe v. Wade, according to documents obtained by The Intercept through a Freedom of Information Act request."
