Here is a Eurasian Wren that's just nabbed a grub. Had to lighten this image up a little cos it was a tad dark in this section of the wood this evening
It's a slug party,
and I've bought them all a beer
Let's invite them to come right over,
and have a great cheer
It was the cheapest beer they sell nearby
But for a party it will fly
The question is really,
Will they just get drunk, or die?
Wood rats eat slugs! Apparently, beer marinated slugs taste good! After the drunk slugs stumbled away from the bar, the wood rat got the muchies from all the beer earlier and appears to have eaten as many beer marinated slugs as possible! Slug beer traps work! #wildlife#beer#slugsn
