Just set up a log watcher via Datadog for my Mastodon server cluster, because it's the most pretty and easiest for me in this situation. Works amazing and now I will receive a notification from even a tiniest anomaly!
Is there a setup out there, ideally as a #docker container, where I can monitor my #linux docker hosts for metrics from both web (as well as mobile web or app)? What are some recommendations? Thanks.
TIL: Since Linux 5.6, there exists a "drivetemp" driver that makes harddisk temperatures available through hwmon/lm-sensors.
Very useful as it lets you check all relevant temperatures of the system in the same way (/sys/class/hwmon*/temp*_input, or the "sensors" tool from lm-sensors, or anything else using libsensors)

Digital projects by local companies of regional and supraregional importance are supported by the State of Tyrol as part of the "Lighthouse Projects in the Field of Digitization" funding program. One of these is the "AlpsWatch" project by the Tyrolean Mountain Guides Association, the Österreichischen Kuratorium für alpine Sicherheit (ÖKAS) and the Department of Geography at the University of Innsbruck. The aim of the project is to make observations and experience values of trained mountain sports professionals (a "highly qualified crowd") usable with regard to possible dangers in the (high) alpine area. The integration of these data into existing systems for alpine natural hazard forecasting is intended to improve hazard forecasting in the (high) alpine region, which up to now has had little structural coverage. #naturalhazards#mountains#citizenscience#monitoring#remotesensing#geography@uniinnsbruckhttps://www.tirol.gv.at/meldungen/meldung/technologiefoerderungen/

What do you use to monitor your NON-SWARM Docker machine?
