Having the COVID and Flu jabs at the same time yesterday have destroyed my day today. I've been asleep most of the afternoon and have only just woken up.
Got flu & Covid vax’s yesterday (one in each arm).
Moderna used to kick my ass for days, but w/Pfizer, sore arm but no side effects.
No chills, fever, muscle aches, etc.
slightly intermittent nausea
slight headache a few hours, no need for pain reliever.
Yesterday, took a 30-min nap, drank OJ, took zinc, and ate a little extra protein.
If I’d worked FT, prob would have slept all day. But easy week = tiny nap (I never nap, so I def see where others could feel exhausted)
Every time the Israeli-Palestinian conflict flares up, we are asked to pretend that this is new, this is unprecedented, the government of Israel has done everything it can, that Israel suffers the worst, and the burden of peace falls on the hopeless, destitute, and severely oppressed Palestinian people.
The government of Israel can stop this bloodshed anytime it wants. It doesn't want to. It wants to squeeze the Palestinians out of existence and it expects them to simply roll over and die.
