@ai6yr So we're looking down State Street here, with Main Street going off to the left at the bottom of the photo. Fun fact: the Capitol Plaza Hotel's parking lot looked pretty full so I'm guessing there are a few tourists or visitors stuck on the hotel's upper floors. And the restaurant is flooded. (I used to work at the hotel)
