Today, the Internet Archive submitted its appeal in Hachette v. Internet Archive. European libraries take a stand for eBook equity!

The letter, signed by 29 library associations, calls for:
⚖️ legal guarantees of a right to access and lend,
⚙️ better functioning platforms, and
🔍 more research into the market.
