@libreoffice I tried a lot to replace my current office suite with #libre. But the design is still too bad for my eyes to keep using it. They should work on better UI.

I have been using Adobe Character animator for a project, even though I despise adobe.
But I really want to be able to work on this project when I'm not at the makerspace, and I want to be able to invite collaborators in to the project, and that means I need to stop using Adobe Character Animator.
Are there any pieces of #OpenSource#Libre#FLOSS software that can do 2D rigged puppet animation and automatic voice movement matching in a style similar to Adobe Character Animator?

I use #libre office because it's free and just as good as W**d. And I don't think it's tracking my every word. Used it happily for over a decade and not looking back 😊
@libreoffice LibreOffice event in USA. I just learned LO has never had an IRL seminar/conference/show/demo/etc in the US. If others are interested, let's see how much interest there might be and where that interest is concentrated.
For those who aren't familiar with LO, I've been using it for about 5 years and it can do anything I need/want vs Micro$oft. It's truly #FOSS (free open source software.)

Learned the basics of #Clojure for my last PR and now I'm learning some #PHP, and of course learning about #ActivityPub to figure out why certain changes aren't propagating to followers.
@melunaka@aral#floss software shouldn't be gated behind personal ethics and morals, as that goes against the whole concept of it being free / #libre. I may not agree with people who use my software, but I consider it being free/libre a net benefit to society.
