I thought I would try something new and more privacy focused, so ordered a Murena Fairphone. The phone was fine, the e/os was not. It didn't support NFC for contactless payments, even though the phone had the technology to do so. This was not mentioned anywhere in the specs. So I asked about a return, both via the email helpdesks and forums. No reply from either, the customer service is terrible. I definitely won't be looking at them again.
