Ok, so with third-party software, I can migrate most of my games to Linux.
Good.
Now I have 249 days to convert my Windows machine to dual-boot Linux with a downsized Windows partition (because games aside, 99% of my software was written for Windows, and much of it, A/V mostly, isn't Linuxable).
Which is stress and work.
And I have to pick a distro, because I don't want Ubuntu again.
And it would make sense to do my long-due harddrive and mainboard/CPU upgrade in the process, but I don't have 600€ to spare, and I won't have any time soon, since the so-called welfare state will starve me into poverty on a quarter of the minimum wage starting in a few months (yay disability).
All around fucked, and this is gonna stress me out for the rest of the year.
I'm not overstating it by saying that "Processing Vulcan shaders" is the scourge of society and absolute pure Evil. I mean come on already. #Linux#Gaming#Steam#Steamdeck

I saw that #Steam has a sale on Earth day on some games about the #environment I bought a couple for my kids to learn to use controllers and enjoy nature. Even some in Spanish like #Alba: A Wildlife adventure

I noticed an intersection of my dear wife’s worst fear and my #Steam library so I made a new collection. Any suggested additions? Clearly I need at least eight. 🕷️
Since I'm sick, I haven't really felt like playing anything deep and involved, so I figured I might as well buckle down and finish off "Spyro: Reignited Trilogy" on my #SteamDeck. Fully completed every game and got all the #Steam achievements.
