The first day of bitsummit is over. My takeaways:

  • event was well organized
  • the bar was high. Almost no junk games which is rare in an indie convention
  • the Steam Deck was everywhere. It is resonating with many devs and most of them rely on Proton to do the work to make games run on the device.

J'ai commencé à démonter mon Toshiba T4600 qui est en panne : j'ai déjà réussi à déclipser le capot de la partie clavier, je vais pouvoir avancer pour aller chercher le circuit d'alimentation qui est tout en dessous (évidemment !) pour remplacer (au moins) un condensateur qui empêche l'ordinateur de démarrer.

Opération remplacement de condensateurs sur la carte d'alim du Toshiba T4600 terminée. J'en ai remplacé 6, et il y en avait 3 qui commençaient à fuir par en dessous, ce qui ne se voyait pas sans dessouder le composant (ce sont les 3 de gauche sur la 2eme photo, pas facile à voir sur l'image).
Il me reste encore 2 batteries à refaire et je pourrai remonter tout ça pour voir si le portable s'allume !

La carte avec les nouveaux condensateurs. J'en ai remplacé 6. Il en reste 2 d'origine mais je n'ai pas trouvé de remplacement de même dimension (critique vu le peu de place disponible !)
Le dessous de la carte. Les condensateurs que j'ai remplacés ont une capa de découplage CMS entre leurs patte. J'ai refait un joint en soudure entre les pattes du condensateur et le CMS comme c'était avant (même si je ne trouve pas ça très joli)
