Can someone tell me the status of digital identity in the fediverse? Is there someone actively pursuing that tech as an extension to activity Pub? Is there a graceful way to transition to it? Can they coexist in parallel with existing Mastodon/AP IDs? #devs
Oh my fellow #devs, do NOT use #ChatGPT to write your job app cover letters. I mean, we all know cover letters suck, but a truly sucky solution to a sucky problem does not actually solve the problem.
On the other hand, you are making my first pass filtering task easier.
That depressing thing when you as a tech writer get excited on seeing a press kit link and then deflate when none of the images are usable.
App and game #devs: if you want to shove screenshots into device frames and depict them at weird angles, have at it. But a lot of writers need just the screen grabs as-is, uncompressed and at full size.
