Framing even the good economic news through the lenses of inflation/recession still shapes public opinion. The near total lack of coverage of the unprecedented recovery is shocking.
It's inconceivable this coverage esp. about the <TOTALLY NONEXISTENT RECESSION> - makes sense given economic realities
And it doesn't mean that inflation hasn't had negative effects or distributional consequences or that many people are struggling in the American economy. But the latter was true LONG before 2021, & the magnitude of the former pales in comparison to the volume of media coverage
In 2024, that we can do that, & need a frank, serious discussion about why this happened in the first place. Greed by landlords continues to harm. Corporate greed.

@objectinspace I disagree. The whole point of the disinformation network is to make their arguments sound legitimate. When you debate them, they can claim their point of view is thus worthy. This is now a common tactic.
