A droite, de la Rera Pan 400, aka Rollei RPX 400 rebadgée, au format 127.
A gauche, de la Foma Ortho 400, en format 120. L'avantage de la pellicule orthochromatique est qu'on peut l'exposer à la lumière inactinique du laboratoire, sans dommage.
Le but est de transformer le format 120 en format 127, plus petit. La bande de 120 fait 61 mm de large pour 830 mm de long contre 46mm de large pour 630 mm de long pour la 127.
Il me faut donc couper un bout de 200 mm que je pourrai utiliser dans un appareil 6x17, puis deux bandes de 7,5mm sur chaque côté. Et ce à la lumière rouge.

Contenu du colis d'hier. Plus qu'à découper ça en rouleaux de 30,5m pour les faire rentrer dans une bobineuse adaptée, puis à faire des cartouches de 36 poses. Soit 78 pellicules en tout. Ça va avoir la classe, même si j'en ai pour plusieurs jours à faire ça, et plusieurs années à tout shooter !

Me and tins of sardines... 😆 This photo I took on my cheapest film, unfortunately in low light it resorts to golden colors, which is interesting in its own way. Canned sardines are very popular in Portugal.

I feel like I'm beating a dead horse but here's the day 7 installment of my winter photo advent calendar thingy. No digital filter was used on this photo. All the special effects are courtesy of the crappy camera (a Coronet Flashmaster bakelite camera from the 1950's) and my sloppy film developing technique. You're welcome.
It's day 5 of my self-imposed Winter Photo Advent Calendar thingy. I'm pretty sure I shot this using one of those crappy, plastic, 35mm film cameras with the little Panorama/Normal toggle. It was so cold, the other cameras I had with me just froze.
If you live in the Waterloo Region (as in Ontario, Canada), you should recognize this covered bridge.
Just to have something to motivate myself to post some photos, I've set myself to do a winter photo advent calendar type thing. Hopefully I have 24 winter photos that I like enough to share here. We'll see how it goes.
This is one of my favourite winter photos. Took it with my beloved Hasselblad 500C/M on some random expired film years ago. I entered it in a very non-prestigious photo contest once and I won a camera bag lol.
