You can now turn any WordPress blog into a Fediverse server which can be followed from Mastodon etc.

I.T. people tend to be like M.D.s. They are well studied in their profession, but tend to be ignorant in most everything else, never thinking much about anything else.

Sort of like the guy from the college gym with big biceps, but very thin undeveloped legs.

Seriously. The constitution wasn't meant to be carved in stone. It was meant to be altered by what Americans want. Unfortunately the way things are set up it is practically impossible to make big changes like doing away the electoral college or ratifying the ERA.

Stoicism means to live in harmony with nature -- reality. That is pursued via wisdom ( thinking ), ethics, temperance, and courage.

It is not about doing harsh things as an end in itself.

Nobody can really say that they never had Covid 19, unless they get a medical test.

Many people that get infected, but are asymptomatic.

Though they are asymptomatic they can still spread Covid 19 to people will get sick, get Long Covid, or die.

That is why wearing masks indoors outside of your home is important.

It not only protects you, but it protects others from you.

Nobody wants to unknowingly make someone else sick.

I hate the attitude that working very hard is some kind of moral obligation, it just isn't. People on salary that get asked to work overtime are being stolen from, period. It's interesting how often jobs will ask you to prove that you're a good worker, but never have to prove that they are good employers. Just like any good relationship, you should never be giving more than you're getting back.
